【摘要】：目的:比較解剖鋼板和經(jīng)皮微創(chuàng)鎖定鋼板治療老年脛骨骨折的臨床療效。方法:選擇2016年8月~2017年9月期間在我院接受治療的老年脛骨骨折患者54例作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)劃入觀察組和對(duì)照組,其中觀察組27例,對(duì)照組27例,分別接受經(jīng)皮微創(chuàng)鎖定鋼板和解剖鋼板治療,比較兩組患者的平均手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)中出血量、骨折愈合時(shí)間以及Kofoed踝關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分。結(jié)果:觀察組患者平均手術(shù)時(shí)間(58.4±2.6)min,術(shù)中出血量(38.7±5.4)ml,骨折愈合時(shí)間(10.6±1.5)周,Kofoed踝關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分(94.6±1.4)分;對(duì)照組患者平均手術(shù)時(shí)間(83.6±2.2)min,術(shù)中出血量(83.6±4.8)ml,骨折愈合時(shí)間(17.6±1.3)周,Kofoed踝關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分(82.5±1.7)分;組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。結(jié)論:經(jīng)皮微創(chuàng)鎖定鋼板治療老年脛骨骨折臨床效果優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)解剖鋼板,值得臨床應(yīng)用和推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical effects of anatomical plate and percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate in the treatment of tibial fractures in the elderly. Methods: Fifty-four elderly patients with tibial fractures who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 27) and control group (n = 27). The mean operative time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time and Kofoed ankle function score were compared between the two groups by percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate and anatomical plate. Results: the mean operative time was 58.4 鹵2.6 min, the intraoperative bleeding volume was 38.7 鹵5.4 ml, the fracture healing time was 10.6 鹵1.5 weeks and the Kofoed ankle function score was 94.6 鹵1.4), while in the control group, the mean operation time was 83.6 鹵2.2 min, the intraoperative bleeding volume was 83.6 鹵4.8 ml, the fracture healing time was 17.6 鹵1.3 weeks and the Kofoed ankle function score was 82.5 鹵1.7). The difference between groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate is superior to that of traditional anatomical plate in the treatment of senile tibial fractures.
