【摘要】：目的探討傷柏膏在治療急性踝關(guān)節(jié)外側(cè)副韌帶損傷患者疼痛的臨床治療效果。方法選取我院單側(cè)踝關(guān)節(jié)損傷患者50例隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組,每組各25例,分別在入院治療前及治療第3,7,14天對患者進(jìn)行疼痛度視覺模擬評分(VAS)和kofoed評分,同時測量患者踝關(guān)節(jié)周徑,以及踝關(guān)節(jié)損傷后下肢功能自我功能評定。結(jié)果兩組患者治療前一般臨床資料差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,在治療第3,7,14天后,治療組在VAS評分及腫脹消除上均優(yōu)于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者在治療前和治療第3天后Kofoed踝關(guān)節(jié)評分無顯著性差異(P0.05),在治療7,14 d后,治療組在Kofoed踝關(guān)節(jié)評分顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。在自我功能評定上,治療前和治療第3天,兩組患者評分均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異,治療7,14 d后,治療組評分顯著高于對照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論傷柏膏外敷治療能夠較快改善急性踝關(guān)節(jié)外側(cè)副韌帶損傷患者的疼痛,并改善相關(guān)功能性評分。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of shangbai ointment in the treatment of pain in patients with acute injury of lateral collateral ligament of ankle joint. Methods Fifty patients with unilateral ankle injury in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 25 cases in each group. The pain degree visual analogue score (VASS) and kofoed score were performed on the patients before admission to hospital and on the 7th and 14th day of treatment. At the same time, the ankle circumference and lower limb functional self-function after ankle injury were measured. Results there was no significant difference in general clinical data between the two groups before treatment. The VAS score and swelling elimination in the treatment group were better than those in the control group after the 3rd day of treatment. There was no significant difference in Kofoed ankle joint score between the two groups before treatment and 3 days after treatment. After 7 days of treatment, the Kofoed ankle joint score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in self-function between the two groups before treatment and on the third day of treatment. After 714 days of treatment, the scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion the external application of shangbai ointment can improve the pain of patients with acute lateral collateral ligament injury of ankle joint and improve the related functional score.
