手機(jī)Sina程序進(jìn)行幕上病變輔助定位的初步探討

【摘要】:目的探討智能手機(jī)軟件Sina在顱內(nèi)幕上占位性病變定位中的應(yīng)用,比較軟件測(cè)量與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)神經(jīng)導(dǎo)航測(cè)量的偏差。方法篩選幕上病變患者,術(shù)前先后使用Sina軟件、神經(jīng)導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)對(duì)病變進(jìn)行定位。病灶直徑為2~6 cm,標(biāo)志點(diǎn)選定為病灶中心。結(jié)果相比于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)神經(jīng)導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng),Sina定位誤差為(13.6±0.55)mm。誤差在方向上沒有特異性。使用Sina軟件定位與神經(jīng)導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)定位確定的病變部位相比的誤差有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 Sina軟件可用于在無(wú)神經(jīng)導(dǎo)航條件下幕上占位性病變的定位和術(shù)前切口設(shè)計(jì),但仍不能取代神經(jīng)導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)定位方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application of smart phone software in the localization of intracranial tentorial space occupying lesions and to compare the deviation between software measurement and standard neuronavigation measurement. Methods the patients with supratentorial lesions were selected. Sina software and neuronavigation system were used to locate the lesions before operation. The diameter of the lesion was 2 ~ 6 cm, and the mark point was selected as the center of the lesion. Results compared with the standard neuronavigation system, the error of Sina localization was 13.6 鹵0.55 mm. The error is not specific in direction. The error of using Sina software to locate the lesion is statistically significant compared with that of the location determined by the neuronavigation system. Conclusion Sina software can be used in the localization of supratentorial space occupying lesions and preoperative incision design without neuronavigation, but it is still not a substitute for neuronavigation system localization.
