【摘要】：目的比較曲安奈德與復(fù)方倍他米松治療肱骨外上髁炎的臨床效果。方法選擇80例肱骨外上髁炎患者(共87側(cè))參加該研究,分為曲安奈德封閉組(40例患者,43側(cè))和復(fù)方倍他米松封閉組(40例患者,44側(cè));分別進(jìn)行曲安奈德封閉和復(fù)方倍他米松封閉治療,并觀察、評(píng)價(jià)其臨床效果。結(jié)果曲安奈德組、復(fù)方倍他米松組治療前后視覺模擬評(píng)分(VAS)明顯降低、日常生活活動(dòng)(ADL)評(píng)分明顯升高;復(fù)方倍他米松組治療前后VAS評(píng)分差值(改善程度)較曲安奈德組明顯增大(P0.01);復(fù)方倍他米松組治療前后ADL評(píng)分差值(改善程度)較曲安奈德組明顯增大(P0.01)。結(jié)論曲安奈德與復(fù)方倍他米松封閉治療對(duì)肱骨外上髁炎均有效,但復(fù)方倍他米松封治療療效優(yōu)于曲安奈德。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide and betamethasone in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis of humerus. Methods Eighty patients (87 sides) with lateral epicondylitis of humerus were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into triamcinolone acetonide block group (n = 40) and compound betamethasone group (n = 40). Results in triamcinolone acetonide group, visual analogue score (VAS) and ADL score were significantly decreased and ADL scores were significantly increased before and after treatment in compound betamethasone group. Compared with triamcinolone acetonide group, the VAS score difference (improvement degree) of compound betamethasone group was significantly higher than that of triamcinolone acetonide group, and the ADL score difference (improvement degree) of compound betamethasone group was significantly higher than that of triamcinolone acetonide group before and after treatment. Conclusion both triamcinolone acetonide and betamethasone are effective in treating external epicondylitis of humerus, but compound betamethasone is more effective than triamcinolone acetonide.
