【摘要】：正患者男性,58歲,2015年10月發(fā)現(xiàn)右臀部外側(cè)盤狀結(jié)節(jié),直徑約1 cm,高出皮面,邊界清楚,質(zhì)硬無觸痛。1個(gè)月后自覺腫塊增大迅速,直徑達(dá)4 cm,表面局部破潰,流出少量淡黃色液體,輕壓痛前來就診。B超提示皮下軟組織層內(nèi)可見1枚混合性回聲團(tuán),以實(shí)性中等回聲為主,夾雜無回聲及低回聲,大小3.2 cm×1.6 cm,最厚處達(dá)0.8 cm,周邊可見少許血流信號(hào)(圖1)。完善各項(xiàng)檢查,心、肝、脾、腎及肺均
[Abstract]:The male patient was 58 years old. In October 2015, he found a discoid nodule on the lateral side of the right buttocks, about 1 cm in diameter, high above the leather, with a clear boundary and no tenderness.
