【摘要】：目的了解某院成人心臟術后患者分離的類酵母菌及其耐藥性,為臨床治療提供參考。方法對2012年1月1日—2015年12月31日阜外心血管病醫(yī)院成人心臟術后患者分離的類酵母菌進行鑒定和藥敏試驗。結果共分離類酵母菌166株,其中白假絲酵母菌103株,其次為熱帶假絲酵母菌(25株)、近平滑假絲酵母菌(19株)等;標本來源以痰為主,占77.11%(128株),其次為深靜脈導管及血。主要類酵母菌對氟康唑、兩性霉素B、5-氟胞嘧啶敏感率較高,為84.21%~100.00%;對伊曲康唑敏感率相對較低,為52.00%~85.44%。結論成人心臟術后患者分離的類酵母菌以白假絲酵母菌為主,標本來源以呼吸道為主,氟康唑仍為類酵母菌治療的首選藥物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the isolation and drug resistance of yeasts isolated from adult patients after cardiac surgery in a hospital, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2015, yeasts isolated from adult patients after cardiac surgery in Fuwei Cardiovascular Hospital were identified and tested for drug sensitivity. Results 166 strains of yeast were isolated, including 103 strains of Candida albicans, 25 strains of Candida tropicalis and 19 strains of Candida tropicalis, etc. The samples were mainly from phlegm, accounting for 128 strains of Candida albicans, followed by deep venous catheters and blood. The sensitivity of main yeasts to fluconazole and amphotericin B _ (5-fluorocytosine) was higher (84.21) and itraconazole was relatively low (52.00). Conclusion Candida albicans is the main yeast isolated from adult patients after cardiac surgery, and the samples are mainly from respiratory tract. Fluconazole is still the first choice for the treatment of yeasts.
