【摘要】：目的:對比體外沖擊波療法和針刀療法治療“網(wǎng)球肘”的臨床療效。方法:選取100名“網(wǎng)球肘”患者,將他們采用隨機數(shù)字表法隨機平均分為兩組,每組50名患者。I組:患者在山西醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院骨科門診接受體外沖擊波療法,根據(jù)治療情況,治療2-3次作為一個療程的治療;II組:患者在山西醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院骨科門診接受針刀療法,根據(jù)治療情況,治療1-2次作為一個療程的治療。一個療程過后,參照Verhaar網(wǎng)球肘療效評分標準對總體療效進行評價對比,并密切觀察兩組治療過程中的不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:患者在接受一個療程的治療過后,I組采用體外沖擊波療法的患者總體療效為:優(yōu)30例,良15例,可4例,差1例,優(yōu)良率90%,治療過程中患者沒有出現(xiàn)任何不良反應(yīng);II組采用針刀療法治療的患者總體療效為:優(yōu)25例,良10例,可9例,差6例,優(yōu)良率70%,其中少數(shù)患者出現(xiàn)治療后肱骨外上髁處進針點周圍的皮膚局部紅腫,疼痛。結(jié)論:兩種療法分別治療“網(wǎng)球肘”后,I組采用是體外沖擊波療法取得了90%的優(yōu)良率,II組采用是針刀療法取得了70%的優(yōu)良率,證明兩種方法均為有效的療法,尚不能證明體外沖擊波療法療效優(yōu)于針刀療法。此外,治療后少數(shù)接受針刀療法的患者出現(xiàn)局部紅腫,疼痛等不良反應(yīng),而接受體外沖擊波療法治療后的患者無任何不良反應(yīng),患者治療過程感受較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: To compare the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy and needle knife therapy in the treatment of "tennis elbow". Methods: 100 "tennis elbow" patients were selected and divided into two groups randomly, with 50 patients in each group.I group: patients received extracorporeal shock wave therapy in the Department of orthopedics of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, according to the treatment. Situation, treatment 2-3 times as a course of treatment; group II: patients in the Department of orthopedics at the first hospital of Shanxi Medical University received acupotomy, according to the treatment situation, treatment 1-2 times as a course of treatment. After a course of treatment, the overall effect was evaluated and compared according to the Verhaar tennis elbow effect score standard, and the two groups of treatment were closely observed. Results: after receiving a course of treatment, the overall curative effect of patients in group I with extracorporeal shock wave therapy was excellent in 30 cases, good in 15 cases, in 4 cases, in 1 cases, and in the good rate of 90%. The patients had no adverse reaction in the course of treatment, and the overall effect of the II group with needle knife therapy was excellent in 25 cases, good and good. 10 cases, 9 cases, poor 6 cases, the excellent rate of 70%, of which a few patients appeared after the treatment of the humerus epicondyle of the skin surrounding the skin local redness and swelling, pain. Conclusion: after the two treatment of "tennis elbow", the I group adopted the extracorporeal shock wave therapy to obtain a good rate of 90%, the II group used Acupotomy to obtain 70% good rate, proving two All the methods are effective and can not prove that the effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy is better than that of acupotomy. In addition, a few patients receiving acupotomy therapy have some adverse reactions such as local redness and pain, but the patients receiving extracorporeal shock wave therapy have no adverse reactions, and the patients feel better in the treatment process.
