【摘要】：目的總結(jié)肘關節(jié)恐怖三聯(lián)征的損傷機制及治療進展,分析進一步研究方向。方法查閱近年國內(nèi)外有關肘關節(jié)恐怖三聯(lián)征研究的相關文獻,并進行綜合分析。結(jié)果肘關節(jié)恐怖三聯(lián)征的治療方式以手術為主,治療目的是重建肘關節(jié)的穩(wěn)定性。手術方法主要包括縫合固定或螺釘、鋼板固定冠突,螺釘、鋼板固定橈骨頭或?qū)锕穷^進行部分或全部置換,經(jīng)骨縫合或錨釘固定外側(cè)副韌帶及內(nèi)側(cè)副韌帶以及外固定架的應用。這些手術方法各有其適應證及優(yōu)點,多數(shù)獲得滿意療效。結(jié)論肘關節(jié)恐怖三聯(lián)征一般需行手術治療以恢復肘關節(jié)穩(wěn)定性,但內(nèi)側(cè)韌帶修復與否、入路的選擇以及損傷機制仍需進一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the injury mechanism and treatment progress of the elbow joint terror triple sign, and to analyze the future research direction. Methods the related literatures about the triple sign of elbow joint terror at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed synthetically in recent years. Results the operation was the main treatment method of the triple sign of elbow terror, and the purpose of the treatment was to reconstruct the stability of the elbow joint. Surgical procedures include suture fixation or screw fixation, plate fixation of the coronal process, screws, plate fixation of the radial head or partial or total replacement of the radial head. The application of lateral collateral ligament, medial collateral ligament and external fixator through bone suture or anchor nail. These surgical methods have their own indications and advantages, and most of them have satisfactory results. Conclusion Triple sign of elbow terror usually needs surgical treatment to restore the stability of elbow joint, but the medial ligament repair or not, the choice of approach and the mechanism of injury still need further study.
