【摘要】：目的總結(jié)肘關(guān)節(jié)恐怖三聯(lián)征的損傷機(jī)制及治療進(jìn)展,分析進(jìn)一步研究方向。方法查閱近年國內(nèi)外有關(guān)肘關(guān)節(jié)恐怖三聯(lián)征研究的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并進(jìn)行綜合分析。結(jié)果肘關(guān)節(jié)恐怖三聯(lián)征的治療方式以手術(shù)為主,治療目的是重建肘關(guān)節(jié)的穩(wěn)定性。手術(shù)方法主要包括縫合固定或螺釘、鋼板固定冠突,螺釘、鋼板固定橈骨頭或?qū)锕穷^進(jìn)行部分或全部置換,經(jīng)骨縫合或錨釘固定外側(cè)副韌帶及內(nèi)側(cè)副韌帶以及外固定架的應(yīng)用。這些手術(shù)方法各有其適應(yīng)證及優(yōu)點(diǎn),多數(shù)獲得滿意療效。結(jié)論肘關(guān)節(jié)恐怖三聯(lián)征一般需行手術(shù)治療以恢復(fù)肘關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定性,但內(nèi)側(cè)韌帶修復(fù)與否、入路的選擇以及損傷機(jī)制仍需進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the injury mechanism and treatment progress of the elbow joint terror triple sign, and to analyze the future research direction. Methods the related literatures about the triple sign of elbow joint terror at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed synthetically in recent years. Results the operation was the main treatment method of the triple sign of elbow terror, and the purpose of the treatment was to reconstruct the stability of the elbow joint. Surgical procedures include suture fixation or screw fixation, plate fixation of the coronal process, screws, plate fixation of the radial head or partial or total replacement of the radial head. The application of lateral collateral ligament, medial collateral ligament and external fixator through bone suture or anchor nail. These surgical methods have their own indications and advantages, and most of them have satisfactory results. Conclusion Triple sign of elbow terror usually needs surgical treatment to restore the stability of elbow joint, but the medial ligament repair or not, the choice of approach and the mechanism of injury still need further study.
