【摘要】：目的分析和探究乳腺增生癥患者采用小劑量托瑞米芬聯(lián)合消結(jié)安膠囊治療的效果。方法選擇本院在2014年8月-2016年7月間收治的217例乳腺增生癥患者為研究主體。以入院時(shí)間為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分成A組與B組,A組116例,B組101例。A組給予小劑量托瑞米芬聯(lián)合消結(jié)安膠囊治療,B組單純給予消結(jié)安膠囊治療。對(duì)比療效、不良反應(yīng)情況和起效時(shí)間、復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果 A組的治療總有效率是98.28%,B組是90.10%;A組的不良反應(yīng)率是6.03%,B組是50.50%;A組的起效時(shí)間短于B組,復(fù)發(fā)率低于B組,對(duì)比以上數(shù)據(jù),有差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用小劑量托瑞米芬聯(lián)合消結(jié)安膠囊治療乳腺增生癥的療效顯著,能夠降低用藥后的不良反應(yīng)率,縮短藥物的起效時(shí)間,減少?gòu)?fù)發(fā)情況發(fā)生,是較有效的治療方法,值得在臨床中推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and explore the effect of low-dose toremifen combined with Xiaojie an capsule in the treatment of breast hyperplasia. Methods 217 patients with breast hyperplasia admitted from August 2014 to July 2016 were selected as subjects. According to the admission time, the patients in group A and group B were divided into two groups: group A (116 cases) and group B (101 cases). Group A was treated with small dose of Toremifen combined with Xiaojie'an capsule. The efficacy, adverse reaction, onset time and recurrence rate were compared. Results the total effective rate of treatment in group A was 98.28 and the adverse reaction rate of group A was 90.100.The adverse reaction rate of group A was 6.03 and that of group B was 50.50.The recurrence rate of group A was lower than that of group B, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that of group B (P 0.05). Conclusion low dose of Toremifen combined with Xiaojiaan capsule is an effective treatment for breast hyperplasia, which can reduce the adverse reaction rate, shorten the onset time and reduce the incidence of recurrence. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
