【摘要】：目的 探討甘露聚糖肽注射對乳腺手術(shù)切口感染的預(yù)防效果及免疫學(xué)指標(biāo)的臨床實際影響,為乳腺手術(shù)切口感染的臨床預(yù)防提供參考借鑒。方法 選取2015年1-8月醫(yī)院收治的乳腺手術(shù)患者132例,根據(jù)治療方法分成研究組和對照組各66例,研究組均于術(shù)前1h給予甘露聚糖肽注射液10mg/d,溶于生理鹽水中靜脈滴注,至術(shù)后一周,對照組僅給予相同劑量的生理鹽水,觀察和比較兩組患者切口感染發(fā)生率、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK等細胞免疫指標(biāo)和補體C3、C4等免疫功能指標(biāo)以及住院時間和住院費用。結(jié)果 研究組切口感染率為0.00%,低于對照組患者6.06%;手術(shù)后研究組患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK分別為(81.34±9.34)%、(50.42±7.43)%、(1.92±0.84)%、(27.34±9.11)%,高于對照組(66.32±9.51)%、(41.90±5.43)%、(1.43±0.76)%、(19.34±7.43)%;手術(shù)后研究組患者補體C3、C4水平分別為(1.05±0.46)g/L、(0.50±0.22)g/L,高于對照組(0.91±0.21)g/L、(0.38±0.15)g/L,且差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 對乳腺手術(shù)患者實施治療過程中,給予甘露聚糖肽注射液治療可有效預(yù)防患者術(shù)后切口感染,提升患者機體的免疫水平,縮短住院時間和節(jié)省治療費用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of mannopoly-glycopeptide injection on the prevention of incision infection in breast surgery and the clinical effect of immunological indexes, so as to provide reference for the clinical prevention of incision infection in breast surgery. Methods 132 cases of mammary gland operation were selected from January to August 2015 in our hospital. According to the treatment methods, 132 patients were divided into study group and control group. The patients in the study group were given 10 mg / d mannan peptide injection 1 hour before operation, and were intravenously dripped with normal saline solution. To one week after operation, the control group was only given the same dose of normal saline. The incidence of incision infection in the two groups was observed and compared.
