【摘要】：正外側(cè)踝關(guān)節(jié)扭傷(lateral ankle sprains,LASs)是最常見(jiàn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷[1],約80%都能通過(guò)保守治療康復(fù),20%經(jīng)治療后依然發(fā)展成為慢性踝關(guān)節(jié)不穩(wěn)定(chronic ankle instability,CAI)。其癥狀包括:頑固性的疼痛、打軟腿、反復(fù)扭傷和腫脹等。CAI分為功能性不穩(wěn)定(functional ankle instability,FAI)和機(jī)械性不穩(wěn)定(mechanical ankle instability,MAI)。前者韌帶沒(méi)有明顯的松弛,不穩(wěn)定的原因主要是踝關(guān)節(jié)受傷后該部位神經(jīng)末梢和本體感覺(jué)未恢復(fù)導(dǎo)致的本體感覺(jué)缺失和平衡能力降低。后者為踝關(guān)節(jié)器質(zhì)性病變的CAI
[Abstract]:Lateral ankle sprain (lass) is the most common sport injury. About 80% of the patients can be treated with conservative treatment, and 20% can still develop into chronic ankle instabilities of chronic ankle instability after treatment. The symptoms included intractable pain, beating soft legs, repeated sprain and swelling. Cai was divided into functional instability and mechanical ankle instability. There was no obvious relaxation of ligaments in the former. The main reason of instability was the loss of proprioceptive sensation and the decrease of balance ability caused by the lack of nerve endings and proprioceptive sensation in the injured ankle joint. The latter is CAI of ankle organic lesions.
