【摘要】：目的對(duì)硫酸軟骨素和壯骨關(guān)節(jié)丸聯(lián)合治療骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎膝關(guān)節(jié)痛的臨床療效進(jìn)行觀察、評(píng)價(jià),并探討新的藥物治療方法,以替代非甾體抗炎藥在骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎治療中的作用。方法按照美國風(fēng)濕病學(xué)會(huì)(ARA)采納的《膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》及排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎臨床癥狀判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和Kellgren-Lawrence分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選出適合的實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,將篩選出并符合實(shí)驗(yàn)要求的實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象隨機(jī)分成治療組與對(duì)照組,治療組同時(shí)應(yīng)用硫酸軟骨素和壯骨關(guān)節(jié)丸治療,對(duì)照組單純應(yīng)用雙氯芬酸鈉治療,以膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎臨床癥狀判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為判定治療效果的主要依據(jù),得出治療前與治療后評(píng)分之差。評(píng)價(jià)方法為差值15分者為優(yōu);11—15分者為良;6—10分為可;≤5分為差。結(jié)果應(yīng)用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件,對(duì)兩組治療效果的差異性進(jìn)行非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn),檢驗(yàn)水平α=0.05。所得相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為χ2=6.175,P=0.0460.05,可以認(rèn)為兩組間有顯著差異,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論硫酸軟骨素與壯骨關(guān)節(jié)丸的聯(lián)合應(yīng)用對(duì)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎關(guān)節(jié)痛的治療效果優(yōu)于單純應(yīng)用雙氯芬酸鈉,有利于早、中期OA患者機(jī)體功能的改善。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of chondroitin sulfate and Zhuanggu joint pill in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint pain, evaluate and explore new drug treatment methods to replace the role of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of osteoarthritis. Method according to the American rheumatology Society (ARA) "diagnostic criteria of osteoarthritis of the knee joint" The criteria of clinical symptoms determination and Kellgren-Lawrence grading standard for osteoarthritis of the knee were selected and the suitable subjects were selected. The selected subjects were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with chondroitin sulfate and zhuangbone joint pills, and the control group was treated with dichloro alone. Sodium phenate was used as the main basis for judging the clinical symptoms of osteoarthritis of the knee joint. The difference between pre treatment and after treatment was the main basis for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. The evaluation method was excellent in the difference value 15, 11 to 15, 6 to 10, and less than 5. The difference between the two groups was applied to the difference between the two groups. Non parameter test, the correlation data obtained by the level of level alpha =0.05. are Chi 2=6.175 and P=0.0460.05. It is considered that there are significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion the combined application of chondroitin sulfate and Zhuanggu joint pills is better than the simple application of diclofenac sodium in the treatment of osteoarthritis of joint pain. It is beneficial to early and medium term OA. The improvement of the function of the patient's body.
