【摘要】：目的:觀察獨(dú)活寄生湯對(duì)乳腺癌骨轉(zhuǎn)移患者骨相關(guān)事件的影響。方法:將61例患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為2組,其中實(shí)驗(yàn)組30例,常規(guī)給予唑來(lái)膦酸基礎(chǔ)上服用獨(dú)活寄生湯,對(duì)照組31例只給予唑來(lái)膦酸治療,觀察增加服用獨(dú)活寄生湯對(duì)乳腺癌骨轉(zhuǎn)移患者骨相關(guān)事件的影響。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組發(fā)生SREs的幾率低于對(duì)照組,2組間比較實(shí)驗(yàn)組能更好地控制腫瘤進(jìn)展,實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組PFS比較實(shí)驗(yàn)組能改善生活質(zhì)量,實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組KPS評(píng)分比較。結(jié)論:增加服用獨(dú)活寄生湯可以降低乳腺癌骨轉(zhuǎn)移患者的骨相關(guān)事件,并能控制腫瘤進(jìn)展以及改善生活質(zhì)量,值得在臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of single live parasitic soup on bone related events in patients with bone metastasis of breast cancer. Methods: 61 patients were divided into 2 groups according to the random digital table method, of which 30 cases were treated with zoledronic acid on the basis of zoledronic acid, and 31 cases in the control group were treated with zoledronic acid only. Results: the effect of bone related events in metastatic patients. Results: the probability of SREs in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The comparison between the 2 groups could better control the progression of the tumor. The experimental group compared with the control group PFS could improve the quality of life. The experimental group compared with the control group KPS score. Conclusion: the increase of the single parasitic soup can reduce the bone cancer bone. Transferring bone related events and controlling tumor progression and improving the quality of life are worthy of clinical promotion.
