【摘要】：目的:探討無張力疝氣修補術(shù)聯(lián)合中藥湯劑治療腹股溝疝的療效觀察。方法:選取我科室2015年5月至7月采用無張力疝氣修補術(shù)治療的82例腹股溝疝患者為研究對象,設(shè)為觀察組。選取同期收治的40例采用傳統(tǒng)疝氣修補術(shù)治療的患者為對照組。兩組患者術(shù)后均給予中藥湯劑治療。比較兩組的手術(shù)治療情況、術(shù)后恢復(fù)情況及復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果:觀察組的術(shù)中出血量少于對照組,手術(shù)時間、下床活動時間、住院時間均短于對照組,術(shù)后疼痛評分低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組的術(shù)后切口愈合情況好于對照組,并發(fā)癥少于對照組,復(fù)發(fā)率低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:無張力疝氣修補術(shù)聯(lián)合中藥湯劑治療腹股溝疝的療效滿意,其創(chuàng)傷小,患者術(shù)后恢復(fù)快,術(shù)后并發(fā)少,復(fù)發(fā)率低,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of tension free hernia repair and traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods: 82 cases of inguinal hernia treated with tension free hernia repair from May 2015 to July in our department were selected as the study group. 40 cases of patients treated with traditional hernia repair at the same time were selected. Group. Two groups of patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Compared the two groups of surgical treatment, postoperative recovery and recurrence rate. Results: the amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than the control group, operation time, bed activity time, hospitalization time were shorter than the control group, the postoperative pain score was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The postoperative wound healing of the observation group was better than the control group, the complications were less than the control group, the recurrence rate was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: tension free hernia repair combined with Chinese herbal decoction is satisfactory in the treatment of inguinal hernia, its trauma is small, postoperative recovery is faster, postoperative complication is less, and the recurrence rate is low. It is worth popularizing.
