【摘要】：正1 病例資料女性,64歲,因"腹痛3d,加重6h"于2016年8月19日急診入院;3d前患者突發(fā)臍周持續(xù)疼痛,無嘔吐、發(fā)熱,外院抗感染、解痙止痛等治療效果差,6h前腹痛加重。就診我院,急查腹部CT掃描(圖1A、1B)示:腹腔內(nèi)環(huán)狀高密度影伴小腸梗阻、闌尾炎、腹盆腔少量積液。入院體格檢查:血壓16.0/10.7kPa,脈搏72次/分,體溫36.8℃,急性痛苦面容,腹平軟,下腹部壓痛、反跳痛陽性,腸鳴音減弱。急查血常
[Abstract]:The female patient was 64 years old. Because of "abdominal pain for 3 days, aggravation for 6 hours", the patient suffered from persistent periumbilical pain 3 days before admission on August 19, 2016, no vomiting, fever, antisepsis, antispasmodic pain, and severe abdominal pain before 6 hours. In our hospital, abdominal CT scan (fig. 1A1B) showed that abdominal ring high density imaging with small intestinal obstruction, appendicitis and a small amount of abdominal and pelvic effusion.
