【摘要】：目的 對比鈦夾夾閉(EHP)與套扎術(shù)(EBL)在Malloy-Weiss綜合征(MWS)不同撕裂傷形態(tài)下臨床療效的差異。方法 回顧分析腔鏡中心2012年1月至2015年12月行胃鏡治療的27例MWS患者,其中行EHP治療13例(EHP組),行EBL治療14例(EBL組)。比較不同裂傷情況下兩組患者胃鏡操作時間及住院時間。結(jié)果 EHP和EBL組內(nèi)鏡操作時間Ⅰ級撕裂時為(17.5±3.9)min和(21.1±5.1)min,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);Ⅱ級時分別為(13.1±3.2)min和(16.8±4.9)min,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);Ⅲ級時為(9.4±0.8)min和(9.4±1.2)min,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。所有患者均一次內(nèi)鏡治療后徹底止血,同級條件下兩組患者住院時間無明顯差異(P均0.05)。結(jié)論 在各級裂傷形態(tài)下,EHP組內(nèi)鏡操作時間相對較短,且止血風(fēng)險小,故更適合MWS患者治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the clinical efficacy of titanium clip clamping (EHP) and ligation (EBL) in Malloy-Weiss syndrome (MWS) with different laceration patterns. Methods from January 2012 to December 2015, 27 patients with MWS treated by endoscopy were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 13 cases were treated with EHP and 14 cases were treated with EBL. The operating time and hospitalization time of gastroscope were compared between the two groups under different laceration conditions.
