【摘要】：正踝關(guān)節(jié)骨折對(duì)于骨科臨床醫(yī)生已不再陌生,在骨創(chuàng)中約占11%,在球類運(yùn)動(dòng)員中損傷更高[1],但該類骨折合并的損傷,尤其三角韌帶斷裂很容易被接診醫(yī)生忽略,導(dǎo)致手術(shù)失敗。筆者查閱大量中外文獻(xiàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)踝關(guān)節(jié)的解剖研究及成功治療案例較多,然而對(duì)失敗病例的報(bào)道及原因分析卻不多,本文回顧本科最近收治的1例經(jīng)過(guò)2次手術(shù)仍存在下脛腓分離、三角韌帶斷裂的病例并做原因分析。
[Abstract]:The fracture of the ankle joint is no longer unfamiliar to the orthopedic clinician, accounting for 11% of the bone trauma, and the injury is higher in the ball player [1]. However, the combined injury of this kind of fracture, especially the fracture of the triangular ligament, is easily ignored by the doctor, which leads to the failure of the operation. The author consulted a large number of Chinese and foreign literatures and found that there were many cases of anatomical study and successful treatment of ankle joint, but there were few reports and analysis of the causes of failure cases. In this paper, a case of inferior tibiofibular separation and deltoid ligament rupture after 2 operations was reviewed and the causes were analyzed.
