【摘要】：目的本研究對青島市某三甲醫(yī)院2012-2015年甲狀腺外科診療患者的年齡、性別、診斷、手術(shù)情況進(jìn)行分析,為甲狀腺外科的科學(xué)管理與發(fā)展提供依據(jù)。方法回顧2012-2015年青島市某三甲醫(yī)院甲狀腺外科診療出院患者的病案資料,采用描述性分析、卡方分析和秩和檢驗(yàn)等統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,分析住院病人的診療現(xiàn)狀。結(jié)果甲狀腺外科診療出院患者性別、年齡分組的構(gòu)成比不一致;不同付費(fèi)方式對患者平均住院天數(shù)的影響無意義、對患者平均住院費(fèi)用的影響有意義;患者的疾病主要是甲狀腺惡性、良性腫瘤,手術(shù)操作主要是單側(cè)、雙側(cè)甲狀腺切除術(shù)。結(jié)論根據(jù)患者的現(xiàn)狀,建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化、精細(xì)化和個(gè)體化的診療規(guī)范,且在甲狀腺疾病發(fā)病率高、甲狀腺癌的總發(fā)病率逐年升高的背景下,甲狀腺外科作為獨(dú)立的臨床學(xué)科更有利于診療規(guī)范的建立,保證患者的診療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the age, sex, diagnosis and operation of thyroid surgery patients in a third Class A Hospital in Qingdao from 2012 to 2015, so as to provide the basis for the scientific management and development of thyroid surgery. Methods the medical records of thyroid surgery patients discharged from a third Class A Hospital in Qingdao from 2012 to 2015 were reviewed. The present status of diagnosis and treatment of hospitalized patients was analyzed by descriptive analysis, chi-square analysis and rank sum test. Results the sex and age groups of thyroid surgery discharged patients were not consistent, the effect of different payment methods on the average hospitalization days was not significant, and the effect on the average hospitalization cost was significant. The main diseases of the patients are malignant and benign thyroid neoplasms, and the surgical procedures are mainly unilateral and bilateral thyroidectomy. Conclusion based on the present situation of the patients, standardization, refinement and individualization of diagnosis and treatment are established, and the incidence of thyroid diseases is high and the total incidence of thyroid cancer is increasing year by year. Thyroid surgery as an independent clinical discipline is more conducive to the establishment of diagnostic and treatment norms to ensure the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment of patients.
