【摘要】：目的探討新型灌洗泵在急性血源性骨髓炎治療中的應(yīng)用效果。方法將40例急性血源性骨髓炎患者分為對照組及觀察組,每組20例。對照組采用傳統(tǒng)灌洗引流,觀察組應(yīng)用自制灌洗泵灌洗引流,比較兩組患者的臨床治療效果及其治愈時(shí)間。結(jié)果觀察組患者治療總有效率為100.00%,明顯高于對照組(80.00%),兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組治愈時(shí)間為(10.13±8.03)d,明顯短于對照組(18.14±5.43)d,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論新型灌洗泵用于治療急性血源性骨髓炎比傳統(tǒng)灌洗負(fù)壓引流療效更確切。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of new lavage pump in the treatment of acute hematogenous osteomyelitis. Methods 40 patients with acute hematogenous osteomyelitis were divided into control group (n = 20) and observation group (n = 20). The control group was treated with traditional lavage and drainage, and the observation group was treated with self-made lavage pump. The clinical effect and cure time of the two groups were compared. Results the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00g, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.00g / L), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the cure time in the observation group was 10.13 鹵8.03d, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (18.14 鹵5.43g / d), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the new lavage pump is more effective in treating acute hematogenous osteomyelitis than traditional lavage negative pressure drainage.
