【摘要】：目的:探討醫(yī)用聚丙烯酰胺水凝膠注射隆胸后取出,再次行硅凝膠假體置入隆胸的最佳時(shí)機(jī)。設(shè)計(jì):回顧性研究。方法:納入聚丙烯酰胺水凝膠注射隆胸后未出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)的60例患者,共120只乳房,分成A、B兩組,每組各30人,A組PAHG取出術(shù)后同期聯(lián)合行硅凝膠假體植入術(shù),B組PAHG取出術(shù)后6個(gè)月行硅凝膠假體植入術(shù)。硅凝膠假體置入術(shù)后觀察及隨訪,記錄患者的引流管拔除時(shí)間,術(shù)后12個(gè)月內(nèi)并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生情況,以及術(shù)后1周、6個(gè)月、12個(gè)月患者滿意度的情況。結(jié)果:隨訪12個(gè)月,A組較B組患者引流管拔時(shí)間經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);對(duì)兩組患者硅凝膠假體植入術(shù)后12個(gè)月內(nèi)并發(fā)癥例數(shù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析:疼痛、形態(tài)不良發(fā)生率經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);出血及血腫、感染、包膜攣縮發(fā)生率經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析差別無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);對(duì)兩組患者硅凝膠假體植入術(shù)后12個(gè)月內(nèi)總的并發(fā)癥例數(shù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);A組較B組患者硅凝膠假體植入術(shù)后1周的滿意度經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),A組較B組患者硅凝膠假體植入術(shù)后6個(gè)月、12個(gè)月的滿意度經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在聚丙烯酰胺水凝膠取出的患者植入假體后,同期聯(lián)合硅凝膠假體植入者比二期植入者獲得更多的滿意度,有較少的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,同時(shí)放置引流的時(shí)間也相應(yīng)縮短,值得在臨床中推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the best time for breast augmentation with polyacrylamide hydrogel after breast augmentation. Design: retrospective study. Methods: sixty patients (120 breasts) with no adverse reaction after breast augmentation injection with polyacrylamide hydrogel were divided into two groups: group A (n = 20) and group B (n = 20). In each group, PAHG was removed in group A and silicone gel prosthesis implantation was performed at the same time. Group B received silicone gel prosthesis implantation 6 months after PAHG removal. After silicone gel prosthesis implantation, we observed and followed up, recorded the time of drainage tube extubation, the occurrence of complications within 12 months after operation, and the satisfaction of patients 1 week, 6 months and 12 months after operation. Results: the time of drainage tube extraction in group A was significantly different from that in group B after 12 months follow-up (P 0.05), and the number of complications within 12 months after silicone gel prosthesis implantation in two groups was statistically analyzed: pain, pain, The incidence of dysmorphism was statistically significant (P 0.05), hemorrhage, hematoma, infection, There was no significant difference in the incidence of capsule contracture between the two groups by statistical analysis, and there was no statistical difference in the total complications within 12 months after silicone gel prosthesis implantation between the two groups. There was no significant difference in satisfaction at 1 week after the implantation of gel prosthesis. The satisfaction of group A was significantly higher than that of group B at 6 months after silicone gel prosthesis implantation, and the satisfaction at 12 months was significantly higher than that in group B (P 0.05). Conclusion: the patients with polyacrylamide hydrogel were more satisfied than those with secondary implantation, and the complications were less, and the time of drainage was shorter than that of the patients who were implanted with polyacrylamide hydrogel at the same time. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
