【摘要】：目的： 探討影響圍手術(shù)期腰椎退行性疾病隱性失血量的相關(guān)因素。 方法： 回顧性分析2013年6月至2013年12月腰椎退行性疾病(腰椎間盤突出癥、腰椎管狹窄、腰椎滑移)行TLIF術(shù)患者的圍手術(shù)期臨床資料,資料完整、符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的共計(jì)80例,分別統(tǒng)計(jì)了他們術(shù)后的隱性失血量。比較性別、年齡、身高、體重、BMI指數(shù)、有無伴隨疾病(高血壓、糖尿病)、手術(shù)時(shí)間、融合節(jié)段數(shù)、術(shù)中有無輸血對隱性失血量的影響。 結(jié)果： 患者圍手術(shù)期總失血量1296+512m1,隱性失血量719+452m1,隱性失血量占總失血量的55.4%。男、女組無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；年齡60歲組和年齡≥60歲組比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；體重65kg組和體重65kg組比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；身高1.59m、身高1.60-1.7m、身高1.7m,三組間比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；BMI指數(shù)26組和BMI指數(shù)26組比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；有伴隨疾病組和無伴隨疾病組比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；手術(shù)時(shí)間A≤小時(shí)、B=2-3小時(shí)、C3小時(shí),A和c比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,A和B、B和C比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異；融合節(jié)段數(shù)A(1個(gè)節(jié)段)、B(2個(gè)節(jié)段)、C(≥3個(gè)節(jié)段),A和C比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,A和B、B和C比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。術(shù)中輸血組和未輸血組比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論： 腰椎退變性疾病行TLIF術(shù)后隱性失血量大于顯性失血量。影響隱性失血的相關(guān)因素為有無伴隨疾病、手術(shù)時(shí)間、融合節(jié)段數(shù)和有無輸血。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the factors influencing recessive blood loss of lumbar degenerative disease in perioperative period. Methods: The perioperative clinical data of patients with lumbar degenerative diseases (lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar slippage) undergoing TLIF from June 2013 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. The recessive blood loss after operation was counted respectively. The effects of sex, age, height, body weight and BMI, whether associated diseases (hypertension, diabetes mellitus, operative time, number of fusion segments, intraoperative blood transfusion or not) on recessive blood loss were compared. Results: The total blood loss and recessive blood loss were 1296 12 ml and 719 452 ml in perioperative period respectively. The recessive blood loss accounted for 55.4% of the total blood loss. There was no significant difference between male and female groups, there was no significant difference between the age group of 60 years old and the age group of 鈮，
