【摘要】：骨折的成角移位,在成角方向和測量上一直以來比較模糊,特別是在成角方向的判定上存在著不同的觀點。本文探討了骨折成角方向的確定和測量,以骨折遠(yuǎn)段向哪個方向移位判定向哪個方向成角,測量的角度是骨折遠(yuǎn)段骨的原始軸線(也就是近段骨軸線延長線)與骨折遠(yuǎn)段之間的夾角,建議將這個角以"移位角"命名,以統(tǒng)一骨折成角移位的方向和測量。
[Abstract]:The angular displacement of fracture has always been fuzzy in angle direction and measurement, especially in the judgment of angle direction. In this paper, we discuss the determination and measurement of the angle direction of the fracture, and use the displacement of the distal segment of the fracture to determine which direction the fracture is angled in. The angle measured is the angle between the original axis (that is, the extension line of the proximal bone axis) and the distal segment of the fracture. It is suggested that this angle be named after the "displacement angle" to unify the direction and measurement of the angular displacement of the fracture.
