【摘要】：急性膽囊炎是臨床上常見的急腹癥,隨著人們生活水平的提高及人口老齡化的發(fā)展,高齡、高危急性膽囊炎患者的數(shù)量越來越多。本文結(jié)合中外研究,對急性膽囊炎的臨床診斷及嚴(yán)重性分級進行詳細(xì)描述,比較分析了急性膽囊炎手術(shù)治療(開腹手術(shù)、腹腔鏡手術(shù))、保守治療及介入治療的優(yōu)缺點,要根據(jù)患者不同的身體條件、嚴(yán)重等級等選擇不同的治療方法。因患者病情危重,多合并其他器官功能障礙,保守治療往往不能控制病情發(fā)展,外科手術(shù)尤其是腹腔鏡手術(shù)具有創(chuàng)傷小的特點,臨床上常用于高�；颊叩闹委�,但是仍有部分患者無法耐受手術(shù),經(jīng)皮膽囊穿刺引流術(shù)是一項新選擇,不僅可以是患者手術(shù)前的過渡治療,也可成為膽囊炎患者的確定性治療。
[Abstract]:Acute cholecystitis is a common acute abdomen in clinic. With the improvement of people's living standard and the development of aging population, the number of patients with acute cholecystitis at high risk is more and more. In this paper, the clinical diagnosis and severity of acute cholecystitis were described in detail, and the advantages and disadvantages of surgical treatment of acute cholecystitis (open operation, laparoscopic operation, conservative treatment and interventional treatment) were compared and analyzed. Different treatment methods should be selected according to the patient's different physical condition, severity grade and so on. Because of the critical condition of the patients and the multiple complications of other organ dysfunction, conservative treatment often can not control the development of the disease. Surgery, especially laparoscopic surgery, has the characteristics of less trauma, and is often used in the treatment of high-risk patients clinically. But there are still some patients can not tolerate surgery, percutaneous cholecystectomy is a new choice, not only can be the transitional treatment before surgery, but also become the definitive treatment of cholecystitis patients.
