【摘要】：正小腸扭轉(zhuǎn)多發(fā)生于新生兒或嬰幼兒,成人發(fā)病率較低,通常表現(xiàn)為急性閉袢性腸梗阻,并在短時(shí)間內(nèi)發(fā)生大面積腸絞窄、腸壞死而急診手術(shù)行腸切除術(shù)。然而,臨床中部分小腸扭轉(zhuǎn)病人癥狀相對(duì)較輕且不典型,通常保守治療可以緩解,但可反復(fù)發(fā)作,臨床上容易發(fā)生誤診或漏診。對(duì)于這類不典型的、間歇性發(fā)作的小腸扭轉(zhuǎn),目前臨床報(bào)道較少,其發(fā)病原因與急性小腸扭轉(zhuǎn)有何異同尚不清楚。此外,對(duì)于慢性小腸扭轉(zhuǎn)的治療方法目前尚缺乏統(tǒng)一的認(rèn)
[Abstract]:Positive intestinal torsion occurs mostly in newborns or infants. The incidence of adult intestinal torsion is relatively low. It usually presents with acute closed loop intestinal obstruction. Large area intestinal strangulation and intestinal necrosis occur in a short period of time and emergency operation is performed for enterectomy. However, the clinical symptoms of some patients with small intestinal torsion are relatively mild and atypical. Usually, conservative treatment can relieve the symptoms, but it can be repeated, and it is prone to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. For this kind of atypical, intermittent volvulus of the small intestine, there are few clinical reports, the etiology of the small intestinal volvulus and acute small intestinal volvulus is not clear. In addition, there is a lack of consensus on the treatment of chronic volvulus of the small intestine.
