【摘要】：目的本研究旨在觀察振動(dòng)療法結(jié)合超聲波治療膝關(guān)節(jié)側(cè)副韌帶損傷的療效,為該韌帶損傷后康復(fù)治療提供新方法、新思路。方法選取60例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的膝關(guān)節(jié)側(cè)副韌帶損傷患者,用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表,隨機(jī)分為3組,A組為振動(dòng)療法組20例,B組為超聲波治療組20例,C組為振動(dòng)療法結(jié)合超聲波治療組20例,早期基礎(chǔ)治療為R-I-C-E原則法,A組加振動(dòng)療法,B組加超聲波治療,C組加振動(dòng)療法結(jié)合超聲波治療,三組患者在治療前與治療2周后給予Lysholm膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分、Lequesne腫脹評(píng)分及視覺模擬評(píng)分法進(jìn)行功能評(píng)定,觀察振動(dòng)療法結(jié)合超聲波對(duì)膝關(guān)節(jié)側(cè)副韌帶損傷的康復(fù)影響。結(jié)果 1.三組患者治療后膝關(guān)節(jié)運(yùn)動(dòng)功能、腫脹和疼痛與治療前相比差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2.治療后,振動(dòng)療法結(jié)合超聲波治療組在膝關(guān)節(jié)運(yùn)動(dòng)功能、腫脹和疼痛的改善方面優(yōu)于振動(dòng)療法組和超聲波治療組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 1.振動(dòng)療法、超聲波治療以及振動(dòng)療法結(jié)合超聲波治療均能改善膝關(guān)節(jié)側(cè)副韌帶損傷后患者的運(yùn)動(dòng)功能、腫脹和疼痛,從而促進(jìn)損傷韌帶的修復(fù)。2.振動(dòng)療法結(jié)合超聲波治療優(yōu)于單純的振動(dòng)療法與超聲波治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of vibration therapy combined with ultrasonic wave in the treatment of collateral ligament injury of knee joint. Methods 60 patients with knee collateral ligament injury were randomly divided into three groups: vibration therapy group (n = 20) and ultrasonic therapy group (n = 20). The early basic treatment was R-I-C-E principle plus vibration therapy, group B plus ultrasonic therapy, group C plus vibration therapy combined with ultrasonic therapy. Three groups of patients were evaluated with Lysholm knee joint function score and visual analogue score before and after 2 weeks of treatment. The effects of vibration therapy combined with ultrasound on the rehabilitation of collateral ligament injury of knee joint were observed. Result 1. After treatment, the knee joint motor function, swelling and pain in the three groups were significantly different from those before treatment. After treatment, the improvement of knee motion function, swelling and pain in the vibration therapy combined with ultrasonic therapy group was better than that in the vibration therapy group and ultrasonic treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion 1. Vibration therapy, ultrasonic therapy and vibration therapy combined with ultrasonic therapy can improve the motor function, swelling and pain of patients with knee joint collateral ligament injury, thus promoting the repair of injured ligament. 2. Vibration therapy combined with ultrasonic therapy is superior to simple vibration therapy and ultrasonic therapy.
