【摘要】：背景膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎是使膝關(guān)節(jié)發(fā)生障礙的疾病,嚴(yán)重影響中老年人的生活質(zhì)量,對(duì)于目前全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)開展情況的流行病學(xué)調(diào)查國(guó)內(nèi)研究相對(duì)較少。目的眾所周知膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎(OA)普遍存在于亞洲的中老年人中,但是關(guān)于全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)開展情況的相關(guān)報(bào)道較少。通過對(duì)2008-01-01/2013-12-31合肥市相關(guān)醫(yī)院進(jìn)行的全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)進(jìn)行回顧性分析。方法在合肥市三甲醫(yī)院病案室調(diào)取診斷為膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎而進(jìn)行全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)患者的資料。在其中一家醫(yī)院調(diào)取更加詳細(xì)的臨床信息,便于更詳細(xì)的對(duì)男女性別間的臨床特征的差異進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果2008年至2013年,共有1146名患者因膝OA行膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)。TKA增長(zhǎng)速率明顯增快,且女性高于男性。其中在一家醫(yī)院的調(diào)查,結(jié)果示接受手術(shù)治療的患者間,男女性別在年齡,病程和體重指數(shù)等上無差異差異。結(jié)論我們發(fā)現(xiàn)合肥市從2008年至2013年間,接受全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)患者數(shù)量穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng),且女性比例較男性高。但造成這種在接受全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)的患者數(shù)量上差距的相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素還有待進(jìn)一步的調(diào)查。
[Abstract]:Background Knee osteoarthritis is a disease that causes disorders of the knee joint , which severely affects the quality of life of middle - aged and old people . It is known that knee osteoarthritis ( OA ) is prevalent in the middle - aged and old people in Asia . The results show that the number of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty has increased steadily during the period from 2008 to 2013 . The results show that there is a steady increase in the number of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty in 2008 - 01 / 2013 - 12 - 31 . However , there is a further investigation into the risk factors of this gap in the number of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty .
