【摘要】：[目的]探討人工真皮聯(lián)合封閉負壓技術(shù)修復(fù)骶尾部巨大壓瘡的療效。[方法]2010年6月~2016年9月,采用人工真皮聯(lián)合封閉負壓技術(shù)修復(fù)26例患者骶尾部巨大壓瘡。男15例,女11例,年齡38~77歲,平均(56.50±14.50)歲。[結(jié)果]均采用人工真皮聯(lián)合封閉負壓技術(shù),無需皮瓣轉(zhuǎn)移及植皮,經(jīng)治療最長48 d后愈合。隨訪時間6~24個月,傷口愈合良好,無破潰,耐壓性好。[結(jié)論]人工真皮聯(lián)合封閉負壓技術(shù)可修復(fù)骶尾部巨大壓瘡,無需植皮,療效滿意。
[Abstract]:[objective] to evaluate the effect of artificial dermis combined with negative pressure sealing in the treatment of sacrococcygeal giant pressure sore. [methods] from June 2010 to September 2016, 26 patients with sacrococcygeal giant pressure ulcers were treated with artificial dermis combined with closed negative pressure technique. 15 males and 11 females, aged 3877 years, mean 56.50 鹵14.50 years old. [results] artificial dermis combined with negative pressure sealing technique was used, without flap transfer and skin grafting, and healed after treatment for up to 48 days. The follow-up time was 6 ~ 24 months. The wound healed well, did not break, and had good pressure resistance. [conclusion] artificial dermis combined with negative pressure sealing technique can be used to repair sacrococcygeal giant pressure sores without skin grafting, and the curative effect is satisfactory.
