【摘要】：減重手術是肥胖癥伴或不伴2型糖尿病及其并發(fā)癥最有效的治療方法,近年隨著國內(nèi)糖尿病發(fā)生率不斷增加,開展減重手術的醫(yī)院及手術例數(shù)明顯增多,但在手術規(guī)范化、手術質(zhì)量控制及病人的術后管理等方面存在較多問題,導致術后減重、降糖失敗或出現(xiàn)嚴重并發(fā)癥,最終需要修正手術來扭轉(zhuǎn)不利局面。近期我科翻修一例不規(guī)范胃旁路術病人,現(xiàn)就本例患者首次減重失敗原因、國內(nèi)減重手術現(xiàn)狀及修正性減重手術進行分析,明確修正性減重手術在臨床中的必要性和掌握其術式選擇及指征的重要性。
[Abstract]:Weight loss surgery is the most effective treatment for obesity with or without type 2 diabetes mellitus and its complications. In recent years, with the increasing incidence of diabetes in China, the number of hospitals and patients undergoing weight-loss surgery has increased obviously, but the operation is standardized. There are many problems in quality control of operation and postoperative management of patients, which lead to postoperative weight loss, failure of lowering blood sugar or serious complications. Finally, it is necessary to correct the operation to reverse the adverse situation. We have recently revised a patient with nonstandard gastric bypass surgery. The reasons for the failure of this patient's first weight loss, the present situation of weight-loss surgery in China and the modified weight-loss operation are analyzed. To make clear the necessity of modified weight-loss surgery in clinical practice and the importance of mastering the choice and indication of operation methods.
