【摘要】：減重手術(shù)是肥胖癥伴或不伴2型糖尿病及其并發(fā)癥最有效的治療方法,近年隨著國內(nèi)糖尿病發(fā)生率不斷增加,開展減重手術(shù)的醫(yī)院及手術(shù)例數(shù)明顯增多,但在手術(shù)規(guī)范化、手術(shù)質(zhì)量控制及病人的術(shù)后管理等方面存在較多問題,導(dǎo)致術(shù)后減重、降糖失敗或出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥,最終需要修正手術(shù)來扭轉(zhuǎn)不利局面。近期我科翻修一例不規(guī)范胃旁路術(shù)病人,現(xiàn)就本例患者首次減重失敗原因、國內(nèi)減重手術(shù)現(xiàn)狀及修正性減重手術(shù)進(jìn)行分析,明確修正性減重手術(shù)在臨床中的必要性和掌握其術(shù)式選擇及指征的重要性。
[Abstract]:Weight loss surgery is the most effective treatment for obesity with or without type 2 diabetes mellitus and its complications. In recent years, with the increasing incidence of diabetes in China, the number of hospitals and patients undergoing weight-loss surgery has increased obviously, but the operation is standardized. There are many problems in quality control of operation and postoperative management of patients, which lead to postoperative weight loss, failure of lowering blood sugar or serious complications. Finally, it is necessary to correct the operation to reverse the adverse situation. We have recently revised a patient with nonstandard gastric bypass surgery. The reasons for the failure of this patient's first weight loss, the present situation of weight-loss surgery in China and the modified weight-loss operation are analyzed. To make clear the necessity of modified weight-loss surgery in clinical practice and the importance of mastering the choice and indication of operation methods.
