【摘要】：骨缺損的修復(fù)是臨床工作中亟待解決的難題,尋求完善的骨移植替代物一直是各國學(xué)者的研究焦點所在。近年來快速成型技術(shù)在骨組織工程領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的應(yīng)用逐漸擴(kuò)大,個體化定制的優(yōu)勢為骨缺損修復(fù)提供了新思路。本文對快速成型技術(shù)在骨組織工程中的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,概述了不同快速成型技術(shù)的原理和特點,總結(jié)其在骨組織工程中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:The repair of bone defect is an urgent problem in clinical work, and the search for perfect bone graft substitute has always been the research focus of scholars all over the world. In recent years, the application of rapid prototyping in the field of bone tissue engineering has been gradually expanded, and the advantages of individualized customization have provided a new idea for bone defect repair. In this paper, the research progress of rapid prototyping in bone tissue engineering is reviewed, the principle and characteristics of different rapid prototyping techniques are summarized, and the application status and development trend of rapid prototyping technology in bone tissue engineering are summarized.
