【摘要】：目的綜述骨膜在牽拉成骨過程中作用的研究進展。方法廣泛查閱近年來國內外有關骨膜在牽拉成骨過程中作用的文獻,分析總結骨膜在牽拉成骨中的作用機制及其影響因素。結果骨膜富含新骨生成所必需的各種細胞(MSCs、成骨細胞等)、微血管及各種生長因子等,為牽拉成骨過程中新骨的生成提供必要的細胞支持、營養(yǎng)物質支持及代謝調節(jié),能顯著促進牽拉成骨過程中新骨的生成。結論骨膜在牽拉成骨過程中起著非常重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective To review the research progress of the role of bone membrane in the process of distraction osteogenesis . The mechanism of bone formation and its influencing factors are reviewed . The results show that the bone membrane is rich in new bone formation . It is necessary for the generation of new bone to provide necessary cell support , nutrient support and metabolic regulation , which can promote the formation of new bone during distraction osteogenesis .
