【摘要】：正克羅恩病(Colohn’s desease,CD)是消化系疾病且常并發(fā)感染,不但伴有營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)吸收障礙,還使機體處于高分解狀態(tài),營養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生率很高~([1])。需要外科手術(shù)的CD病人營養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生率高達86.7%,活動期CD病人并發(fā)體重下降者達75%,負(fù)氮平衡者50%。對于CD病人,營養(yǎng)支持治療是誘導(dǎo)和維持病情緩解的重要手段,其誘導(dǎo)緩解的效果雖不如糖皮質(zhì)激素,但與其他治療藥物如美沙拉嗪(5-氨
[Abstract]:Positive Crohn's disease (Colohns deseasege CD) is a disease of digestive system and often complicated with infection. It not only has nutrient absorption disorder, but also makes the body in a high decomposing state, and the incidence of malnutrition is very high ([1]). The incidence of malnutrition in CD patients requiring surgical operation was as high as 86.7. 75 patients with active CD complicated with weight loss and 50 patients with negative nitrogen balance. For CD patients, nutritional support therapy is an important means to induce and maintain remission. Although the effect of inducing remission is not as good as glucocorticoid, it is more effective than other therapeutic drugs such as mesalazine 5-ammonia.
