【摘要】：正老年急性結(jié)石性膽囊炎(acutecalculous cholecystitis,ACC)作為一種常見、多發(fā)疾病,有報道指出其發(fā)病率高達8%~11%~([1])。腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)作為膽囊良性疾病治療的金標準,亦是治療ACC的首選方案~([2-4]),但對老年ACC患者來說,因其機體各臟器功能減退、抵抗力下降,且常合并多種疾5ACC
[Abstract]:Acute cholecystitis cholecystitis (ACCS) is a common and multiple disease in the elderly. It has been reported that the incidence of ACCs is as high as 8%. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) is the gold standard for the treatment of benign diseases of the gallbladder and the first choice for the treatment of ACC ([2-4]). But for elderly patients with ACC, it is often associated with a variety of diseases, such as decreased organ function and decreased resistance.
