【摘要】：正卡前列素是人工合成的前列腺素F2α的衍生物,常作為強(qiáng)效子宮收縮藥用于預(yù)防剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中子宮收縮乏力引起的出血,效果明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的縮宮素~([1])。但是因其作用部位廣泛,作用于子宮的同時(shí)還可刺激胃腸道、支氣管及血管平滑肌,引起惡心、嘔吐、胃痛、胸悶、胸痛、血壓升高和心動(dòng)過(guò)速等不良反應(yīng)~([2]),臨床工作中應(yīng)當(dāng)引起足夠重視。本研究主要觀(guān)察布托啡諾用于防治剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中卡前列素不良反應(yīng)的效果,為臨床用藥提供參考。
[Abstract]:As a derivative of synthetic prostaglandin F _ 2 偽, positive carprostatin is often used as a powerful uterine contraction drug to prevent uterine atony during cesarean section, and the effect is obviously better than that of traditional oxytocin ([1]). But because of its extensive role in the uterus, it can also stimulate gastrointestinal tract, bronchus and vascular smooth muscle, causing nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, chest tightness, chest pain, Adverse reactions such as elevated blood pressure and tachycardia should be paid more attention in clinical work. The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy of butorphanol in the prevention and treatment of carprostatin adverse reactions during cesarean section.
