【摘要】：目的：觀察舒筋外洗顆粒熏洗結(jié)合功能鍛煉在跟骨骨折術(shù)后足功能恢復(fù)的臨床療效。方法：從廣州中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬骨傷科醫(yī)院創(chuàng)傷骨科選擇自2014年1月至2015年3月間在院治療的37例跟骨骨折患者,按就診先后順序隨機(jī)分為治療組(A組)、對(duì)照組(B組),兩組患者入院后均行外側(cè)L型切口行切開復(fù)位內(nèi)固定術(shù),術(shù)后在指導(dǎo)下行相應(yīng)的功能鍛煉。在術(shù)后21天術(shù)口拆線后進(jìn)入本研究階段,治療組為舒筋外洗顆粒熏洗結(jié)合功能鍛煉,對(duì)照組為單純功能鍛煉。所有患者在治療后的指定時(shí)間復(fù)查,隨訪時(shí)間為9個(gè)月。結(jié)果：1、在骨折術(shù)后VAS疼痛評(píng)分方面,進(jìn)入本研究前的兩組VAS評(píng)分進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)對(duì)比后P0.05,無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,說明實(shí)驗(yàn)前兩組差異不大,可進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究；術(shù)后40天時(shí)治療組的VAS評(píng)分比對(duì)照組低,兩者統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)對(duì)比P0.05,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；術(shù)后60天時(shí)治療組VAS評(píng)分比對(duì)照組低,且兩者的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)對(duì)比P0.05,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。2、在骨折愈合時(shí)間方面,治療組要略短于對(duì)照組,兩組對(duì)比具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。3、在足功能評(píng)分方面,術(shù)后6個(gè)月時(shí)治療組評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組,且兩者對(duì)比具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；術(shù)后9個(gè)月時(shí)治療組評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組,兩組對(duì)比有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論：舒筋外洗顆粒熏洗結(jié)合功能鍛煉與單純功能鍛煉相比,前者在跟骨骨折術(shù)后足功能恢復(fù)過程中具有顯著的療效,可有效緩解足跟部疼痛癥狀、促進(jìn)骨折愈合,改善患肢的功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Shujin Waixi granule fumigation combined with functional exercise in the recovery of foot function after calcaneal fracture. Methods: from January 2014 to March 2015, 37 patients with calcaneal fracture were selected from trauma orthopedics department of affiliated orthopedics hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group A group and control group B according to the order of treatment. The patients in both groups were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with lateral L-incision after admission, and the corresponding functional exercise was performed under the guidance of postoperative operation. The treatment group was treated with Shujin outer-washing granule fumigation combined with functional exercise, while the control group was simple functional exercise. All patients were followed up for 9 months at a specified time after treatment. Results in the aspect of VAS pain score after fracture operation, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05) after entering the study, which indicated that there was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment, so the experimental study could be carried out. The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at 40 days after operation, and the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group on the 60th day after operation. In the fracture healing time, the treatment group was a little shorter than the control group, the two groups had statistical difference. The foot function score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group at 6 months after operation. The score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group at 9 months after operation, and the comparison between the two groups had statistical significance. Conclusion: compared with simple functional exercise, the former has remarkable curative effect in the recovery of foot function after operation of calcaneal fracture, which can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of heel and promote fracture healing. Improve the function of the affected limb.
