【摘要】：在我國,痔是一種常見疾病,有關普查表明,肛腸疾病患者常見于任何年齡范圍內,發(fā)病率約為59%,而痔約占整個肛腸科疾病的87%左右,其中男性痔病發(fā)病率低于女性發(fā)病率。痔的療法在我國歷代醫(yī)家學者的描述中可謂種類繁多,是我國民族智慧的體現(xiàn)。目的：觀察分析中成藥地榆槐角丸、西藥地奧司明片兩種方法治療Ⅰ期內痔的臨床療效。通過分析探討單獨使用地榆槐角丸治療Ⅰ期內痔的可行性。方法：采集中國中醫(yī)科學院望京醫(yī)院外科門診收治,且經(jīng)納入標準對照,符合要求的60例Ⅰ期內痔患者作為研究對象,采用隨機分組方式分為2組,每組30人。予試驗組30例患者口服地榆槐角丸,而對照組30例則予地奧司明片,以7天為療程,記錄患者就診用藥前后的各癥狀評分變化,同時給予患者健康教育,改變錯誤生活習慣,如嗜食生辣刺激性食物,蹲廁時間過長等,7天后比較分析兩組的臨床療效并進行統(tǒng)計學分析。通過分析結果得出結論。結果：根據(jù)兩組治療前后內痔出血、肛門墜脹不適、粘膜表現(xiàn)及痔核直徑變化等方面的評分變化確定療效,兩組患者Ⅰ期內痔經(jīng)治療后均有較明顯改善,其中試驗組治愈率為67%,顯效率為20%,有效率為13%,對照組治愈率為70%,顯效率為23%,有效率為7%。兩組對比,P值大于0.05,無明顯差異。結論：單獨應用地奧司明片或地榆槐角丸對Ⅰ期內痔都有顯著的治療作用。
[Abstract]:Hemorrhoids is a common disease in China. The general survey shows that anorectal diseases are common in any age range, the incidence of hemorrhoids is about 59%, and hemorrhoids account for about 87% of the total anorectal diseases, among which the incidence of male hemorrhoids is lower than that of women. Hemorrhoids therapy is the embodiment of Chinese national wisdom. Objective: to observe and analyze the clinical effect of Diyu Huaijiao pill and Diosmin tablet in the treatment of stage I internal hemorrhoids. To explore the feasibility of treating stage I internal hemorrhoids with Diyu Huaijiao pills alone. Methods: 60 patients with stage I internal hemorrhoids were collected from Wangjing Hospital, Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine, and were included in the standard control. They were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 patients in each group. 30 patients in the experimental group were given Diyu Huaijiao pills, while 30 patients in the control group were treated with Diosmin tablets for 7 days. The changes of symptom scores before and after treatment were recorded, and the patients were given health education to change their wrong living habits. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed after 7 days of eating raw and spicy stimulant food and long squatting time. The conclusion is drawn from the analysis results. Results: according to the changes of internal hemorrhoids bleeding, anal distention and discomfort, mucosal manifestation and hemorrhoid nucleus diameter before and after treatment in both groups, the curative effect was determined. The cure rate of the experimental group was 67 and the effective rate was 20 and the effective rate was 130.The cure rate of the control group was 70 and the effective rate was 23.3 and the effective rate was 7. There was no significant difference between the two groups in P value (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Diosmin alone or Diyu Huaijiao pill have significant therapeutic effects on stage I internal hemorrhoids.
