【摘要】：目的探討Park重瞼術(shù)中同時切除部分上瞼眼輪匝肌深層脂肪矯正上瞼臃腫的效果。方法 2015年9月—2016年7月,對32例雙側(cè)上瞼臃腫患者行Park重瞼術(shù)時,同時切除部分眼輪匝肌深層脂肪。男10例,女22例;年齡19~32歲,平均25歲。均為雙眼手術(shù)。提上瞼肌肌力均正常,均無重瞼手術(shù)史。結(jié)果患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合,無明顯淤血腫脹、提上瞼肌功能障礙發(fā)生。術(shù)后患者均獲隨訪,隨訪時間2~14個月,平均10個月�；颊咧夭�線弧度自然流暢,內(nèi)眥贅皮無牽拉變形,重瞼形態(tài)達(dá)自然狀態(tài),無凹陷性瘢痕形成,上瞼臃腫明顯改善,提上瞼肌功能正常�；颊邔κ中g(shù)效果滿意。結(jié)論 Park重瞼術(shù)中部分切除眼輪匝肌深層脂肪可有效改善上瞼臃腫患者重瞼術(shù)后的美學(xué)效果,達(dá)到功能與形態(tài)完美結(jié)合的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Park double eyelid excision of partial upper eyelid orbicularis oculi muscle deep fat in correction of upper eyelid bloated. Methods from September 2015 to July 2016, 32 patients with bilateral bloated upper eyelids were treated with Park double eyelid operation and partial deep fat of orbicularis oculi muscle was removed simultaneously. Male 10 cases, female 22 cases, the age is 1932 years old, average 25 years old. Both eyes were operated on. The muscle strength of levator palpebral muscle was normal and had no history of double eyelid operation. Results all the incisions healed in the first stage, no obvious congestion and swelling, and the dysfunction of levator palpebral muscle occurred. All patients were followed up for 2 ~ 14 months (mean 10 months). The curve of double eyelid line was natural smooth, the epicanthus had no stretch deformation, double eyelid shape was in natural state, no sunken scar was formed, the bloated upper eyelid was obviously improved, and the function of levator palpebral muscle was normal. The patient was satisfied with the effect of the operation. Conclusion partial excision of deep fat of orbicularis oculi muscle in Park double eyelid operation can effectively improve the aesthetic effect of double eyelid operation in patients with bloated upper eyelid and achieve the purpose of perfect combination of function and morphology.
