【摘要】：目的:探討多發(fā)傷患者急診室處置時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短與死亡的關(guān)系,為臨床采取各種措施縮短急診室處置時(shí)間、改善預(yù)后、提高救治時(shí)效性提供依據(jù)。方法:收集我院急診科2013年6月至2014年3月收治的多發(fā)傷患者121例,記錄患者急診室處置時(shí)間、ISS評(píng)分、致傷原因、住院時(shí)間、死亡原因等信息,分析急診室處置時(shí)間與死亡的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:121例多發(fā)傷病例中,急診室處置時(shí)間平均為76 min;死亡28例,死亡率23.14%。急診室處置時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),ISS評(píng)分越高,死亡率越高。急診室處置時(shí)間≤60 min者死亡率明顯低于急診室處置時(shí)間60 min者。結(jié)論:多發(fā)傷患者急診室處置時(shí)間及ISS值與患者的死亡率呈正相關(guān),急診室處置時(shí)間≤60 min對(duì)于降低多發(fā)傷患者的死亡率有明顯作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between the length of emergency room management and death in patients with multiple injuries, and to provide evidence for clinical measures to shorten emergency room treatment time, improve prognosis and improve the effectiveness of treatment. Methods: 121 patients with multiple injuries admitted to our emergency department from June 2013 to March 2014 were collected, and the information of ISS score, cause of injury, length of hospitalization, cause of death and so on were recorded.
