【摘要】：目的探討抗生素珠鏈植入聯(lián)合負(fù)壓封閉引流技術(shù)(VSD)治療對(duì)慢性骨髓炎患者紅細(xì)胞(RBC)免疫功能和生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法將58例慢性骨髓炎患者根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組各29例。對(duì)照組采用抗生素灌洗加常規(guī)引流治療,觀察組采用抗生素珠鏈植入聯(lián)合VSD治療。治療后9個(gè)月對(duì)比兩組總有效率、復(fù)發(fā)率;治療前及治療后3個(gè)月檢測(cè)RBC免疫功能指標(biāo),采用健康測(cè)量量表對(duì)兩組生存質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)分。結(jié)果觀察組總有效率高于對(duì)照組,復(fù)發(fā)率低于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。治療后兩組RBC免疫功能指標(biāo)水平及生存質(zhì)量評(píng)分均較治療前升高(P均0.05),且觀察組高于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論抗生素珠鏈植入聯(lián)合VSD治療能夠增強(qiáng)慢性骨髓炎患者RBC免疫功能,提高其生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of antibiotic beads implantation combined with negative pressure blocking drainage (VSD) on the immune function and quality of life of erythrocytes in patients with chronic osteomyelitis.Methods 58 patients with chronic osteomyelitis were randomly divided into control group (n = 29) and observation group (n = 29).The control group was treated with antibiotic lavage plus routine drainage, while the observation group was treated with antibiotic bead chain implantation and VSD.After 9 months of treatment, the total effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared, the immune function of RBC was measured before treatment and 3 months after treatment, and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by health measurement scale.Results the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment, the level of RBC immune function and the quality of life score in the two groups were higher than those before treatment (P 0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion antibiotic bead chain implantation combined with VSD can enhance RBC immune function and improve quality of life in patients with chronic osteomyelitis.
