【摘要】：骨科使用的不可吸收材料基本滿足臨床應(yīng)用需求,但隨著骨科技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,臨床上對于骨科材料的性能有了更高的要求�？山到獠牧暇哂袃�(yōu)秀的力學(xué)性能和生物學(xué)性能,已逐漸成為骨科材料研究的熱點(diǎn)。目前,骨科應(yīng)用可降解材料種類繁多,主要包括四大類:可降解醫(yī)用金屬材料、可降解高分子材料、無機(jī)材料和復(fù)合材料�？山到忉t(yī)用金屬材料是理想的內(nèi)固定材料,可降解高分子材料和無機(jī)材料多用于縫線、填充和支架材料,而復(fù)合材料具備其他三種材料不同的優(yōu)點(diǎn),是未來研究的重點(diǎn)。通過廣泛查閱國內(nèi)外近幾年有關(guān)可降解材料的研究報告,從上述四大分類綜述了可降解材料的研究進(jìn)展及待解決問題,并且對可降解材料的發(fā)展做出了展望。
[Abstract]:The non-absorbable materials used in orthopedics basically meet the needs of clinical application, but with the continuous development of orthopedic technology, the performance of orthopedic materials has higher requirements in clinic.Biodegradable materials with excellent mechanical and biological properties have gradually become the focus of orthopedic materials research.At present, there are many kinds of degradable materials used in orthopedics, including four categories: degradable medical metal materials, degradable polymer materials, inorganic materials and composite materials.Degradable medical metal materials are ideal internal fixation materials. Degradable polymer materials and inorganic materials are mostly used in sewing, filling and scaffold materials, while composite materials have different advantages of the other three materials, which is the focus of future research.Through extensive reference to the domestic and foreign research reports on degradable materials in recent years, the research progress and problems to be solved of degradable materials are summarized from the four categories mentioned above, and the development of degradable materials is prospected.
