【摘要】：正自1991年,美國Reich等~([1])完成世界上第一例針對肝臟邊緣良性腫瘤的腹腔鏡肝切除術(shù)(laparoscopic hepatectomy,LH)以來,LH經(jīng)歷了早期嘗試、快速發(fā)展等階段,手術(shù)適應(yīng)證及范圍不斷擴大,切肝器械不斷改進,手術(shù)流程逐漸規(guī)范化,部分中心已經(jīng)攻克聯(lián)合肝臟分隔和門靜脈結(jié)扎的二步肝切除術(shù)(associating liver partition with portal vein
[Abstract]:Since 1991, when Reich et al. ([1]) completed the first laparoscopic hepatectomy for liver-marginal benign tumors in the world, LH has undergone an early attempt and rapid development, and the indications and scope of the operation have been continuously expanded.The instruments of hepatectomy were improved continuously, the procedure of operation was gradually standardized, and some centers had conquered the two-step liver partition with portal vein combined with hepatic septum and portal vein ligation.
