【摘要】：本文評(píng)估專利文獻(xiàn)在麻醉喉鏡技術(shù)研發(fā)中的引領(lǐng)作用,探討麻醉喉鏡專利研發(fā)的技術(shù)重點(diǎn)。結(jié)果顯示,近10年來(lái)麻醉喉鏡專利數(shù)量較以往增長(zhǎng)顯著(圖3),呈現(xiàn)以美國(guó)領(lǐng)跑,中國(guó)和一些歐洲國(guó)家緊隨其后的態(tài)勢(shì)(圖4)。商品化的麻醉喉鏡其專利技術(shù)經(jīng)受了臨床實(shí)踐與市場(chǎng)的考驗(yàn),其專利持有者掌控的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)更加豐富(圖5)�？梢暬礴R因解決了困難氣管插管問(wèn)題而成為未來(lái)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要方向,其相應(yīng)的操作規(guī)程也期待進(jìn)一步完善。
[Abstract]:This paper evaluates the leading role of patent literature in the research and development of laryngoscope technology, and discusses the technical focus of patent research and development of anesthetic laryngoscope.The results show that the number of laryngoscope patents has increased significantly over the past 10 years (figure 3), with the United States leading the way, followed by China and some European countries (figure 4).Commercialized anaesthetized laryngoscope its patented technology has stood the test of clinical practice and market, and the key technology controlled by its patent holder is more abundant (Fig. 5).Visual laryngoscope has become an important direction for the development of tracheal intubation due to its difficulty in solving the problem of tracheal intubation, and its corresponding operating procedures are expected to be further improved.
