【摘要】：目的通過隨訪,評價手術(shù)治療臀肌攣縮癥患者的遠(yuǎn)期療效,探討影響臀肌攣縮癥術(shù)后遠(yuǎn)期恢復(fù)的相關(guān)因素。方法回顧2002年1月至2005年6月華北理工大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院骨科收治的46例臀肌攣縮癥患者。其中男25例,女21例;年齡7~21歲,平均12.8歲;術(shù)后隨訪10~13年,平均11.6年;均為雙側(cè)患病,病程約4~15年�；仡櫜±�,患者按性別、年齡、病程、臨床分型分組。制定隨訪內(nèi)容及計劃,電話預(yù)約后隨訪患者本人,填寫調(diào)查表,總結(jié)、分析隨訪結(jié)果。評估患臀肌攣縮癥患者的遠(yuǎn)期療效、分析影響術(shù)后恢復(fù)的因素。結(jié)果1臀肌攣縮帶松解延長或結(jié)合髂脛束延長術(shù)治療臀肌攣縮癥患者46例,獲得遠(yuǎn)期隨訪39例,其中優(yōu)32例,良6例,可1例。2性別組術(shù)后遠(yuǎn)期恢復(fù)情況。男性:優(yōu)18例,良3例,可1例;女性:優(yōu)14例,良3例,可0例。3年齡組術(shù)后遠(yuǎn)期恢復(fù)情況。15歲:優(yōu)18例,良1例,可0例;≥15歲:優(yōu)14例,良5例,可1例。4病程組術(shù)后遠(yuǎn)期恢復(fù)情況�！�5年:優(yōu)20例,良1例,可0例;5年:優(yōu)12例,良5例,可1例。5臨床分型組術(shù)后遠(yuǎn)期恢復(fù)情況。輕度優(yōu)20例,良1例,可0例;中、重度:優(yōu)12例,良5例,可1例。結(jié)論1手術(shù)治療臀肌攣縮癥患者術(shù)后遠(yuǎn)期隨訪優(yōu)良率97.4%,步態(tài)及髖關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)良好,療效滿意。2臀肌攣縮帶松解延長或結(jié)合髂脛束延長術(shù)治療臀肌攣縮癥操作簡便,遠(yuǎn)期隨訪手術(shù)效果滿意。3性別不同的臀肌攣縮癥患者術(shù)后步態(tài)及髖關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)無明顯差別,性別不是影響臀肌攣縮癥患者遠(yuǎn)期功能恢復(fù)的因素。4年齡、病程、病情不同的臀肌攣縮癥患者術(shù)后步態(tài)及髖關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)存在差別,年齡、病程、病情是影響臀肌攣縮癥患者遠(yuǎn)期功能恢復(fù)的因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the long-term effect of surgical treatment of gluteal muscle contracture (GMC) and to explore the related factors affecting the long term recovery of gluteal muscle contracture (gluteal muscle contracture).Methods from January 2002 to June 2005, 46 patients with gluteal muscle contracture were treated in the Department of Orthopaedics, affiliated Hospital of Huabei University of Science and Technology.There were 25 males and 21 females, aged 721 years with an average of 12.8 years, followed up for 10 ~ 13 years with an average of 11.6 years.The patients were grouped according to sex, age, course of disease and clinical type.Make follow-up contents and plans, follow up after telephone appointment, fill out the questionnaire, summarize and analyze the follow-up results.To evaluate the long-term effect of gluteal muscle contracture and analyze the factors affecting postoperative recovery.Results (1) 46 cases of gluteal muscle contracture were treated with gluteal muscle contracture lengthening or iliotibial tract lengthening. 39 cases of gluteal muscle contracture were followed up for a long time, of which 32 cases were excellent, 6 cases were good, and 1 case was fair in sex group.Male: excellent 18 cases, good 3 cases, fair 1 case; female: excellent 14 cases, good 3 cases, 0 cases of age group. 15 years old: excellent 18 cases, good 1 case, fair 0 cases; 鈮，
