【摘要】：目的評(píng)估實(shí)時(shí)超聲引導(dǎo)下藥物注射治療足底跖腱膜炎的安全性及有效性。方法選取在我科進(jìn)行足底跖腱膜炎注射治療的患者30例,結(jié)合患者臨床病史,行超聲引導(dǎo)下藥物注射治療。記錄治療前和治療后1、6個(gè)月的跖腱膜厚度和疼痛VAS評(píng)分。注射治療藥物為復(fù)方倍他米松和鹽酸利多卡因混合液。結(jié)果 30例患者均順利完成超聲引導(dǎo)下藥物注射治療,無(wú)明顯并發(fā)癥。超聲均表現(xiàn)為足底跟骨結(jié)節(jié)處跖腱膜腫脹增厚、回聲減低,平均厚度約(4.5±1.0)mm;治療后1個(gè)月平均厚度為(4.0±0.8)mm,治療后6個(gè)月平均厚度為(4.1±1.1)mm,與治療前比較均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.001)。30例患者藥物注射治療前VAS評(píng)分為(8.53±0.57)分,治療后1個(gè)月VAS評(píng)分(2.36±0.55)分,治療后6個(gè)月VAS評(píng)分為(3.53±0.62)分,與治療前比較明顯降低并具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.001)。結(jié)論實(shí)時(shí)超聲引導(dǎo)下藥物注射治療足底跖腱膜炎是一種安全、有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the safety and efficacy of real-time ultrasound-guided drug injection in the treatment of plantar plantar aponeurosis.Methods A total of 30 patients with plantar plantar aponeurositis were treated with ultrasound guided drug injection combined with clinical history.The thickness of plantar aponeurosis and VAS score of pain were recorded before and 1 and 6 months after treatment.The injection drug was compound betamethasone and lidocaine hydrochloride.Results all 30 patients were successfully treated with ultrasound-guided drug injection without obvious complications.Ultrasound showed swelling and thickening of metatarsal aponeurosis at the tubercle of calcaneus plantaris and decreased echo.At 6 months after treatment, the VAS score was 3.53 鹵0.62, which was significantly lower than that before treatment (P 0.001).Conclusion it is a safe and effective method to treat plantar plantar aponeurosis with real-time ultrasound-guided drug injection.
