【摘要】：目的探討應(yīng)用集束化治療胃腸手術(shù)后嚴(yán)重感染和感染性休克患者的臨床療效。方法選擇2013年1月-2016年1月于醫(yī)院就診的胃腸手術(shù)后嚴(yán)重感染合并感染性休克患者共78例,將患者分為試驗(yàn)組40例與對照組38例,試驗(yàn)組采用集束化治療,對照組采用傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)性治療。比較兩組患者的臨床療效。結(jié)果治療24h后,試驗(yàn)組患者的乳酸水平、動脈血氧飽和度(SaO2)、每h平均尿量、平均中心靜脈壓均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);治療3d后,試驗(yàn)組患者急性生理學(xué)及慢性健康狀況評分系統(tǒng)Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)及序貫性器官衰竭評分(SOFA)均低于治療前及對照組治療后(P0.05);連續(xù)治療1個(gè)月后,試驗(yàn)組患者治療有效率為92.5%,高于對照組的76.3%(P0.05)。結(jié)論應(yīng)用集束化治療胃腸手術(shù)后嚴(yán)重感染合并感染性休克患者,可降低患者乳酸水平、動脈血氧飽和度及排尿量,降低患者死亡率,是一種較為安全有效的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of cluster therapy in patients with severe infection and septic shock after gastrointestinal surgery.Methods from January 2013 to January 2016, 78 patients with severe infection and septic shock after gastrointestinal operation were divided into experimental group (n = 40) and control group (n = 38).The control group was treated with traditional experience therapy.To compare the clinical effect of the two groups.Results after 24 hours of treatment, the levels of lactic acid, arterial oxygen saturation and SAO _ 2, mean urine volume and mean central venous pressure in the test group were higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), and 3 days after treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups.The acute physiology and chronic health status scoring system 鈪，
