【摘要】：目的觀察左西孟坦在瓣膜置換術(shù)后應(yīng)用的臨床效果。方法二尖瓣置換術(shù)患者60例,隨機(jī)分為常規(guī)治療組和左西孟坦組,每組30例。術(shù)后常規(guī)治療組給予強(qiáng)心、利尿等常規(guī)治療,左西孟坦組在常規(guī)治療組治療基礎(chǔ)上給予左西孟坦。比較兩組患者治療效果及恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果術(shù)后左西孟坦組心肌損傷反應(yīng)和呼吸機(jī)輔助時(shí)間與常規(guī)治療組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),左西孟坦組心肌損傷反應(yīng)和呼吸機(jī)輔助時(shí)間減少;左西孟坦組重癥加強(qiáng)護(hù)理病房(ICU)停留時(shí)間與常規(guī)治療組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),左西孟坦組ICU停留時(shí)間減少。結(jié)論左西孟坦用于心臟瓣膜置換術(shù)后患者可明顯改善心功能,減輕心肌損傷反應(yīng),且不良反應(yīng)少,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of levsimengtan after valvular replacement.Methods Sixty patients with mitral valve replacement were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and left West Montan group with 30 cases in each group.Postoperative routine treatment group was given cardiac, diuretic and other routine treatment, the left West Montan group on the basis of routine treatment group, levoximentam group.The curative effect and recovery were compared between the two groups.Results compared with the routine treatment group, the myocardial injury response and the ventilator assisted time in the left West Montan group were significantly different from those in the conventional treatment group (P 0.05), but the myocardial injury response and the ventilator assisted time in the left West Montan group were lower than those in the conventional treatment group.Compared with the routine treatment group, there was a significant difference between the left West Montan group and the routine treatment group (P 0.05). The ICU residence time in the left West Montan group was decreased.Conclusion Levamentam can significantly improve cardiac function and alleviate myocardial injury reaction after valvular replacement, and has less adverse reactions, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
