【摘要】：膝關(guān)節(jié)急性創(chuàng)傷后局部產(chǎn)生了氣血失和,風(fēng)寒挾痰濕下注于膝關(guān)節(jié)部位,引起滑膜細(xì)胞分泌增多所致的滲液產(chǎn)生非感染性炎癥,造成關(guān)節(jié)局部出現(xiàn)紅腫灼熱、淤血作痛、發(fā)軟酸痛、屈曲受限等。由此,采用傷科中藥敷膏,配合紅外線理療燈熱滲透照射膝關(guān)節(jié)部位,具有消炎止痛、化淤散結(jié)、轉(zhuǎn)化瘢痕,對關(guān)節(jié)活動不利的功能恢復(fù)具有明顯療效。上述兩者方法聯(lián)合治療,是操作簡便安全、副作用小、藥費(fèi)低廉的一種有效方法。
[Abstract]:After acute trauma of the knee joint, local disharmony of qi and blood was produced, wind-cold with phlegm dampness was placed on the knee joint, resulting in non-infectious inflammation caused by increased secretion of synovial cells, redness, swelling, burning heat, congestion and pain in the local area of the joint.Soft pain, limited buckling, etc.Therefore, the application of traditional Chinese medicine ointment for injury, combined with infrared physiotherapy lamp heat penetration irradiate the knee joint, has anti-inflammatory pain, desilting and dispersing, transforming scar, and has obvious curative effect on the function recovery of joint movement unfavorable.The combination of the two methods is an effective method with simple and safe operation, low side effect and low drug cost.
