超聲測量岡上肌橫截面積的應(yīng)用價值

【摘要】:目的:通過在超聲下用兩種不同的方法連續(xù)兩天測量岡上肌的橫截面積,分析兩天之間、兩種方法之間岡上肌橫截面積測量結(jié)果的可靠性和一致性界限,從而探討超聲測量岡上肌橫截面積的應(yīng)用價值。方法:對100例健康志愿者進(jìn)行超聲檢查,分別用方法一、方法二連續(xù)兩天測量健康志愿者右側(cè)岡上肌的橫截面積,采用重復(fù)測量方差分析來確定不同時間(第一天、第二天)及不同方法(方法一、方法二)對岡上肌橫截面積測值的影響,用組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)ICC分析岡上肌橫截面積兩種方法測量結(jié)果的可靠性,用Bland Altman圖法來比較兩天之間、兩種方法之間岡上肌橫截面積測量結(jié)果的一致性界限。結(jié)果:方法一連續(xù)兩天測量岡上肌橫截面積的值分別為6.31±1.09cm2(第一天)、6.29±1.09cm2(第二天),兩天之間岡上肌橫截面積的差異沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);方法二連續(xù)兩天測量岡上肌橫截面積的值分別為6.45±1.10cm2(第一天)、6.51±1.11cm2(第二天),兩天之間岡上肌橫截面積的差異沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩種方法測量岡上肌橫截面積的值分別為6.30±1.09cm2(方法一)、6.48±1.10cm2(方法二),兩種方法之間岡上肌橫截面積的差異沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩種方法連續(xù)兩天測量岡上肌橫截面積的組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)ICC范圍在0.95~0.97之間。分別用方法一、方法二連續(xù)兩天測量,兩天之間岡上肌橫截面積的一致性界限均約±0.5cm2,兩種方法之間岡上肌橫截面積的一致性界限約±0.5cm2。結(jié)論:研究表明超聲用這兩種方法測量岡上肌橫截面積具有很高的可靠性。兩種方法能比較靈敏地檢測出岡上肌橫截面積尺寸的改變,而且這兩種方法有較好的一致性,可以互相替換使用。為臨床診斷岡上肌疾病方面提供一個可靠的、方便的影像學(xué)選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure the cross-sectional area of supraspinatus muscle by two different methods under ultrasound for two consecutive days, and to analyze the reliability and consistency of the measurement results between the two methods.Therefore, the application value of ultrasonic measurement of cross-sectional area of supraspinatus muscle was discussed.Methods: 100 healthy volunteers were examined by ultrasound. Method 1, method 2. The cross-sectional area of right supraspinatus muscle was measured for two consecutive days, and repeated measurement variance analysis was used to determine the different time (first day, first day).On the second day, and the effect of different methods (method 1, method 2) on the measurement of the cross sectional area of supraspinatus muscle, the reliability of the results of the two methods was analyzed by ICC, and the results were compared between two days by Bland Altman method.The consistency between the two methods in measuring the cross sectional area of supraspinatus muscle.Results: the cross sectional area of supraspinatus muscle was measured for two consecutive days (6.31 鹵1.09cm ~ 2) (the first day 6.29 鹵1.09cm ~ 2) (the second day, there was no significant difference in the cross-sectional area of supraspinatus muscle between the second day and the second day, P0.050.Methods for the second consecutive day, the cross-section of supraspinatus muscle was measured for two consecutive days.There was no significant difference in cross sectional area of supraspinatus muscle (P 0.05).The correlation coefficient (ICC) of the two methods for measuring the cross sectional area of supraspinatus muscle for two consecutive days was in the range of 0.95 ~ 0.97.Method 1 and method 2 were used to measure the cross-sectional area of supraspinatus muscle for two days. The consistency limit of cross sectional area of supraspinatus muscle was about 鹵0.5 cm ~ 2 and 鹵0.5 cm ~ 2 respectively.Conclusion: these two methods are reliable in measuring the cross-sectional area of supraspinatus muscle.The two methods can detect the change of cross sectional area of supraspinatus muscle sensitively, and the two methods have good consistency and can be used instead of each other.To provide a reliable and convenient imaging choice for clinical diagnosis of supraspinatus muscle disease.
