【摘要】：目的探究纖支鏡在外科手術(shù)全麻時困難氣管插管的臨床應(yīng)用價值。方法選取我院2014年6月~2016年5月收治的氣管插管困難患者80例為研究對象,對患者手術(shù)全麻施以纖支鏡經(jīng)鼻氣管插管,并且對患者應(yīng)用少量鎮(zhèn)定藥物,待纖支鏡到達氣管之后,應(yīng)當適當調(diào)節(jié)長度,然后固定氣管。結(jié)果所有患者在外科手術(shù)全麻時應(yīng)用纖支鏡全部成功,平均時間(4.0±0.8)min,患者均未出現(xiàn)出血等相關(guān)并發(fā)癥,血氧飽和度在95%以上。結(jié)論纖支鏡在外科手術(shù)全麻時困難氣管插管效果極為顯著,不僅視野清晰,而且操作起來比較方便,對患者自身損傷度較小,建議在臨床中推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in difficult tracheal intubation during general anesthesia.Methods from June 2014 to May 2016, 80 patients with tracheal intubation difficulties were selected as the study subjects. The patients were treated with fiberoptic bronchoscope through nasal tracheal intubation under general anesthesia, and a small amount of tranquilizing drugs were applied to the patients after the fiberoptic bronchoscopy reached the trachea.The length should be adjusted properly before the trachea is fixed.Results all the patients were successfully treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy during general anesthesia. The mean time was 4.0 鹵0.8 min. No complications such as bleeding were found in all patients. The blood oxygen saturation was more than 95%.Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is very effective in difficult tracheal intubation during general anesthesia. It is not only clear in visual field, but also easy to operate, and has less injury to patients themselves. It is suggested that it should be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
