【摘要】：目的探討肱骨外髁骨折各種類型治療的療效。方法總結(jié)收治的肱骨外髁骨折338例,其中新鮮骨折288例,陳舊性骨折50例。新鮮骨折有移位采用切開復(fù)位,克氏針內(nèi)固定術(shù),共232例。移位小于2 mm采用肘關(guān)節(jié)造影,閉合復(fù)位,經(jīng)皮克氏針內(nèi)固定術(shù),共56例。陳舊性骨折采用切開復(fù)位,克氏針或空心釘內(nèi)固定術(shù),共50例。結(jié)果 338例獲得隨訪,隨訪時間3個月至12年。根據(jù)Hardacre評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),新鮮骨折切開復(fù)位232例,優(yōu)良率99.1%。閉合復(fù)位經(jīng)皮克氏針固定56例,優(yōu)良率100%。陳舊性骨折50例,優(yōu)良率54%。結(jié)論肱骨外髁骨折應(yīng)早期手術(shù)治療,延遲治療,將出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的合并癥。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of various types of fracture of lateral condyle of humerus.Methods 338 cases of humeral lateral condylar fractures were reviewed, including 288 fresh fractures and 50 old fractures.A total of 232 cases of fresh fractures were treated with open reduction and Kirschner needle fixation.The displacement less than 2 mm was performed by elbow arthrography, closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner needle fixation.50 cases of old fracture were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner's needle or hollow nail.Results 338 cases were followed up for 3 months to 12 years.According to Hardacre score, 232 cases of fresh fracture were treated with open reduction, the excellent and good rate was 99.1%.56 cases were fixed by percutaneous needle, the excellent and good rate was 100%.50 cases of old fracture, the excellent and good rate 54.Conclusion the fracture of lateral condyle of humerus should be treated with early operation and delayed treatment.
