【摘要】：目的分析空心加壓螺釘對不同年齡段股骨頸骨折患者的療效及功能恢復的影響。方法回顧性分析空心加壓螺釘手術(shù)的股骨頸骨折患者165例的臨床資料,按照年齡分為青少年組38例、青壯年組78例及老年組49例,對3組股骨頸骨折類型、術(shù)后骨折的不愈合情況、股骨頭缺血性壞死發(fā)生率及患側(cè)髖關(guān)節(jié)功能評分(Harris)進行比較。結(jié)果青少年組、青壯年組和老年組術(shù)后骨折不愈合率分別為15.79%、14.10%、10.20%,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。股骨頭缺血性壞死發(fā)生率分別為青少年組55.26%,青壯年組34.62%,老年組32.65%,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后患側(cè)Harris優(yōu)良率青少年組為81.58%,青壯年組85.90%,老年組81.64%,3組療效均較良好,功能評分差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論空心加壓螺釘治療不同年齡段股骨頸骨折臨床療效及功能恢復無顯著差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of hollow compression screw on femoral neck fracture in different ages.Methods the clinical data of 165 cases of femoral neck fracture treated by hollow compression screw operation were retrospectively analyzed. According to the age, the patients were divided into three groups: adolescent group (n = 38), young and adult group (n = 78) and elderly group (n = 49).The nonunion of fracture, the incidence of avascular necrosis of femoral head and hip function score were compared.Results the nonunion rate of postoperative fracture in the adolescent group, the young group and the elderly group was 15.79 ~ 14.10 and 10.20, respectively. The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05).The incidence of avascular necrosis of the femoral head was 55.26 in the adolescent group, 34.622in the young group and 32.65 in the elderly group. The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05).The excellent and good rate of Harris in the affected side was 81.58 in the adolescent group, 85.90 in the young group and 81.64 in the elderly group. There was no significant difference in functional score between the three groups (P 0.05).Conclusion there is no significant difference in the clinical efficacy and functional recovery of hollow compression screws in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in different ages.
